As the Digital Content Associate for the American Theatre Wing, I strategize, create, & manage daily social content for @thewing with an audience of 21k+. These posts focus on educational programming, scholarship programs, celebrations of Broadway and off-Broadway opening nights, and honoring those who have made an impact on the Wing and the American theatre community with a focus on DEI. *All content optimized for Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram.

I also assist with managing the Tony Awards social media accounts with a net audience of 391k+. These posts celebrate past and current Tony Award nominees and winners, congratulating opening nights on Broadway, & campaigns leading up to the 75th & 76th Annual Tony Awards ceremony. At the 2022 live broadcast, I managed the Tony Awards YouTube, uploading the "First Impressions" series that captured the winners' reactions in real-time for 48.5k subscribers. *All content optimized for Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram.

As the Marketing Strategy Associate Manager for Disney Meetings & Events, I support marketing strategy for Disney Meetings & Events at Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, & Disney Cruise Line. I develop strategy, produce content & manage the editorial calendar for @disneymeetingsandevents on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, & LinkedIn for net audience of 84k.

Live Social Content

At IMEX America 2022, I captured live content and posted in real-time to engage our followers. I also coordinated with the IMEX Instagram to collaborate on an Instagram story series in real time. On Smart Monday, I attended educational seminars & wrote a blog post in real time that posted directly following the conference that day to update our audience on our biggest takeaways. 

TikTok

One of my personal passions is TikTok. My account is dedicated to "fan behavior"- creating content that resonates with pop culture moments and niche interests, capitalizing on trends. I find joy in creating a community and meeting others online who share an interest in my passions. 

French West Vaughan Instagram Takeover

With the events of COVID-19, many internships were forced to become remote, including mine. As a public relations intern with FWV, I had the opportunity to do a full day Instagram takeover on their official Instagram.  The goal of the intern takeover was to inform their followers of what an intern's responsibilities are and what a remote internship looks like.

Media Plan

As a marketing assistant for Appalachian State University's Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, I was responsible for creating and executing a social media plan with the ultimate goal of increasing student attendance and interest in the arts programming. Below is my proposal as well as some posts that I created for the Facebook page.

Hallmark Brand Ambassadorship

In the summer of 2019, I worked with Intern Queen and Hallmark for the Cards Do More campaign.  I was sent a gift pack of a variety of cards from Hallmark, and was put in charge of creating inspiring and engaging Instagram content promoting the cards.  The message of the campaign was that cards bring us together.  I was given an outline, but needed to create my own content using the key messages provided.  Below are the posts and Instagram stories that Hallmark approved and were posted on my Instagram profile, @thechloelang.
